How can I send pre session audios to clients?
You can send audios to clients by using following steps:
- Login to Self Help Portal and go to Manual Trigger or click on it.
- After that in search box, type client name and search or select client.
- After select client, In trigger category drop down - select audio category
- Now next step is in trigger name - Select Session that you want to send audio and submit. Client will receive pre session audio that you send.
